We offer a refund on any unworn, undamaged, unsoiled item in a saleable condition with all the labels still attached within 28 days of receipt of the item. If the item is being returned because it is unsuitable, the cost of postage when returning the item is to be paid by the customer.
We offer a refund on a faulty item within 30 days of the receipt of the item. If the item is being returned because it is faulty, the cost* of returning the item will be paid by Art Gallery Clothing Limited (*Reasonable cost, i.e. the maximum postage refund being the amount Art Gallery Clothing Limited charges for the item to be delivered online.) The postage cost refund is issued on receipt of the faulty item.
For EXCHANGES we ask that you place a new order for any new items that you require and return back to us any unwanted items for a refund**.
**We aim to issue refunds within 1-2 working days upon receipt of the returned item. The length of time it takes for the funds to appear in your account will depend on your payment provider.
We extend the returns period on any goods bought as gifts in November & December ’til the following January 31st.
If you wish to return any item, please advise us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org with the details so we know to expect the item.
The item must then be returned to: Art Gallery Clothing, Returns Dept, c/o SAFESTORE (Unit 320), 1 Oakfield Road, London. SE20 8QA
We recommend returning the item via Royal Mail Recorded (1st or 2nd Class Signed For), Royal Mail Special Delivery or similar courier with insurance / tracking as we will not be able to refund any items lost in transit. Please retain your proof of postage as this lists your Tracking Number.
If returning an item from outside of the EU please mark the item a RETURN for custom purposes.
We will contact you via Email to confirm receipt of your return.
We reserve the right to send items back to you if they have been worn or soiled in any way. We also reserve the right to make a charge of £10 per item to cover the extra handling and postage costs we incur.
*Online discounts issued with orders via mail or Email can only be used at checkout on a new separate purchase.
Any online discount issued with an item returned for a full refund becomes void.
