We offer a refund on any unworn, undamaged, unsoiled item in a saleable condition with all the labels still attached within 28 days of receipt of the item. If the item is being returned because it is unsuitable, the cost of postage when returning the item is to be paid by the customer. We offer a refund on a faulty item within 30 days of the receipt of the item. If the item is being returned because it is faulty, the cost of returning the item will be paid by Art Gallery Clothing Limited.
